We are lovers of logic and learning and excited to share our passion with you!

Originally founded as a free tutoring service for underrepresented school communities, we saw the need for mental stimulation in our aging communities as well. 

Mind Mates was established to create a community of camaraderie, across all  barriers.

We offer free, virtual chess and math instruction for all students and citizens with an interest in learning. 

Whether you are struggling with a math topic in school or simply want to learn how to play chess, our group of volunteers are happy to help - free of charge!
